Just a girl, who loves beautifully designed dishes that are prepared with thought, which excite and satisfy the senses. Loves eating these and any other sort of delicious food! I don’t claim to be a connoisseur though – I simply like to enjoy food and then share my experiences with anyone who wishes to read about them.
Ingredientsofhappiness is named as such, as I believe that good food can provide people with unforgettable experiences, brighten up a dreary day, or even simply serve up a few seconds of brief bliss and enjoyment. In short, I believe that food can make people happy!
It definitely does, for me.
But too much wonderful food also brings with it an ever expanding waistline, so as of 2013 I also started sharing my fitness journey on Ingredientsofhappiness. I love to eat yet I’m terribly vain (and concerned about my health), so I have to exercise! And I added travel as a topic at the same time, because it’s another thing I am passionate about – exploring different countries and enjoying the cuisines they have to offer.
