And the top 3 hawkers are out! The final cook-off / showdown between selected Singapore hawkers and Gordon Ramsay will be at Newton Food Centre this Sunday, 7 July, from 6.30pm to 9pm.

It’s going to be exciting – 800 members of the public will be able to watch the competition and even get to taste their creations. I foresee that the queue is going to be insane (Singaporeans love to queue, hor) but I REALLY want to see this, and so might head down an hour or two before to see if I can get a spot. But if not, it’s going to be broadcasted LIVE on SingTel mio TV (Channel 1) and the Hawker Heroes website too!
